We celebrated July 4th at my parents home in Pine Mountain Lake.
The weather was PERFECT!
It was RELAXING!
We ate a lot and mainly just hung out and watched the kids have fun.
My sister was there with her kids and my brother was there with my niece Taylor.

Cousins--That's the best part of all.
I can't tell you how much I love when the cousins are together. It makes my heart happy every time I see them all together (:-( we were minus a few)
My mom and dad were so happy to have their 3 kids there together (although we all wished that ALL the family could have made it)...another time, perhaps!

Lots of family meal time. It looks like SO MUCH food when we all arrived, but there was not much of anything left when we packed up (yes, the Gordon Clan had much to do with that!)
The kids entertained us with a compulation of VBS songs! Very cute and fun.
Smores by the firepit in the backyard!
BEACH TIME!
We had to get in line to get a spot on the beach at 5:45am (and we were LATE). Our car was the 2nd to last one in the gate before it was full. Guess the "veteran PML'ers weren't kidding us when they said to be in line by 4:30am! )
POOL TIME
We too a break from the beach and decided to hit the pool for a day.
Brendan became quite brave and he spent hours in the water.
FIREWORKS
We took a break from the beach, went back to the house and had dinner. We grabbed our sweatshirts and then headed back down to the beach to watch the fireworks show!
Great fireworks show, great family, great times!
