Matthew served his first Mass this past Sunday. Dressed in the traditional black and white, he slowly processed down the aisle as my heart swelled within me and my eyes brimmed with tears.He snuck out of the sacristy before Mass to show me how he looked, "Mom, I look like a priest" All I could could do was chuckle! He then hurried back to get into place.
Matthew, you make us proud. What a fine young man you are. Great job. I think Father Glenn's "knuckle bump" was his thumbs up that he too thought you did awesome!
