One Word

Instead of making a New Years Resolution this year, I am going to follow a suggestion and just simply choose one word... a special word...to live by throughout the year. This idea came from a friend and struck a chord with me.

The premise is this:

Instead of a bunch of New Year resolutions, usually soon forgotten, pick ONE word, (or ONE phrase if you can't stick to one word) and THAT will be your resolution. It will sink into every part of your life...and be a focus of 2010.

I am going to buy a little frame, print the word out on nice paper, and stick that frame right above my kitchen sink (maybe in my bathroom too). That way I can't help to be reminded of it every day.

Think about it...

I am.

I have 1 day to come up with a good one.

(And really, it is supposed to be somewhat profound...not like:

Eat less crap.

No eating between meals.

Lose 10 pounds.

Stop yelling.)
